The Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities decides to request the Secretary-General to transmit the report of the Conference on its seventh session to all States parties and observers.
إن مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة يقرر أن يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يحيل تقرير المؤتمر عن دورته السابعة إلى جميع الدول الأطراف والمراقبين.

The States parties and observers were invited to provide comments and make suggestions so that this paper can be finalized before the Second Conference of the High Contracting Parties.

That was because the decision of the Conference was made on the understanding that the exchange of views on and experience in the implementation of measures on record-keeping, marking of firearms and licensing would not imply collection of information by the Secretariat, but would serve as a guide for preparation by States parties and observers for the third session of the Conference.
ويُعزى ذلك إلى أن مقرر المؤتمر قد صدر على أساس فهم أن تبادل الآراء والتجارب بشأن تنفيذ تدابير حفظ السجلات ووسم الأسلحة النارية وإصدار الرخص لن تنطوي على جمع الأمانة للمعلومات وإنما ستستخدم كدليل تستند إليه الدول الأطراف والمراقبون استعدادا لدورة المؤتمر الثالثة.

2. In order to get a better view on the situations as regards victim assistance in various States, States parties and observers are encouraged to reply to the following questions.
2- ولتكوين رؤية أوضح عن الأوضاع فيما يتعلق بمساعدة الضحايا في شتى الدول، تُشجع الدول الأطراف والمراقبون على الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية.

2. In order to get a better view on the situations as regards victim assistance in various States, States parties and observers are encouraged to reply to the following questions either in writing before the July meeting on Protocol V or orally during that meeting itself.
2- ولتكوين رؤية أوضح عن الأوضاع فيما يتعلق بمساعدة الضحايا في شتى الدول، تُشجع الدول الأطراف والمراقبون على الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية سواء خطياً قبل اجتماع تموز/يوليه بشأن البروتوكول الخامس أو شفوياً خلال الاجتماع ذاته.
