9- وللأسباب المشار إليها أعلاه، تخلص اللجنة إلى أن صاحب الشكوى لم يثبت ادعاءه بأنه سيواجه خطراً متوقعاً وحقيقياً يهدده شخصياً بالتعذيب عند إعادته إلى أذربيجان.

7.2 The Committee must evaluate whether there are substantial grounds for believing that the complainant would be personally at risk of being subjected to torture upon return to Turkey.
