For such a State or regional economic integration organization, the Convention would enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

5. The Court may invite any State not party to this Statute to provide assistance under this Part on the basis of an ad hoc arrangement, an agreement with such State or any other appropriate basis.

For each State or regional economic integration organization ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention after the deposit of the fortieth instrument of such action, this Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date of deposit by such State or organization of the relevant instrument.
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة اقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم اليها بعد ايداع الصك الأربعين من تلك الصكوك، في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ ايداع تلك الدولة أو المنظمة ذلك الصك ذا الصلة.

2. For each State or regional economic integration organization ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention after the deposit of the fortieth instrument of such action, this Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date of deposit by such State or organization of the relevant instrument.
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها، بعد إيداع الصك الأربعين المتعلق بأي من تلك الإجراءات، في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ إيداع تلك الدولة أو المنظمة ذلك الصك.

Despite the fact that they are creations of the law of the State which itself may cease to exist, they would not disappear together with such State or its legal order.

٣٠ - واتفق أيضا على أنه من حق أية دولة نامية وقعت الاتفاقية أو مؤسسة حكومية أو أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يحمل جنسية تلك الدولة أو يخضع فعليا لها أو لرعاياها، أو أية مجموعة من العناصر المذكورة أعلاه، أن تتقدم بطلبات كمستثمرين رواد بموجب القرار الثاني، الى أن تدخل الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ.

229.2 For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves the Protocol or accedes thereto after the fulfilment of the requirements of paragraph 1, the Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

٢- يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية تصدق على الاتفاقية أو تقبلهـا أو توافـق عليها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو منظمة التكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمية هذه صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

228.2 For each State or regional economic integration organization which ratifies, accepts or approves the Protocol or accedes thereto after the deposit of the instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
