Any change in the legislation and in institutions that affect the implementation of the Convention on any territory under its jurisdiction in particular on places of detention and on training given to law enforcement and medical personnel;

1. A State party to the present Protocol shall permit visits in accordance with this Protocol to any place in any territory under its jurisdiction where persons deprived of their liberty by a public authority or at its instigation or with its consent or acquiescence are held or may be held.
١- تأذن الدولة الطرف في هذا البروتوكول، وفقاً للبروتوكول، بزيارة أي مكان في أي اقليم يخضع لولايتها القضائية يحتجز فيه أو يمكن أن يحتجز فيه أشخاص محرومون من حريتهم بأمر من سلطة عامة أو بناء على توجيه منها أو بموافقتها أو علمها.

The sensed State shall also have access to the available analysed information concerning the territory under its jurisdiction in the possession of any State participating in remote sensing activities on the same basis and terms, taking particularly into account the needs and interests of the developing countries.
كما تحصل الدولة المستشعرة على المعلومات المحلّلة المتاحة عن الإقليم الواقع تحت ولايتها التي تكون في حوزة أيَّةِ دولة مشتركة في أنشطة الاستشعار عن بعد، على نفس الأساس وبنفس الشروط، على أن تؤخذ في الحسبان بوجه خاص احتياجات ومصالح البلدان النامية.

1. Each Contracting Party which receives information or discovers that a space object or its component parts has returned to Earth in territory under its jurisdiction or on the high seas or in any other place not under the jurisdiction of any State, shall notify the launching authority and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
1- يلتزم كل طرف متعاقد يعلم أو يكتشف أنَّ أيَّ جسم فضائي أو أيَّ جزء من أجزائه قد عاد إلى الأرض في إقليم داخل في ولايته أو في أعالي البحار أو في أيِّ مكان آخر غير داخل في ولاية أيَّةِ دولة، إعلان ذلك إلى السلطة المطلقة وإلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

The State party should also register all persons it detains in any territory under its jurisdiction, as one measure to prevent acts of torture, and ensure that no one is detained in any secret detention facility under its effective control.
وعلى الدولة الطرف أن تسجل أيضا جميع الأشخاص الذين تحتجزهم في أي إقليم يخضع لولاياتها القضائية كتدبير لمنع وقوع عمليات تعذيب، وضمان عدم احتجاز أي فرد في أي مرفق احتجاز سري تحت سيطرتها الفعلية.

(c) Access to and freedom of movement within any territory under its jurisdiction and control for the conduct of the mission;

٤- يجوز للدولة الطرف، بصورة استثنائية وﻷسباب تقدمها سراً، أن تعلن عدم جواز اشتراك أحد المستشارين أو المترجمين الشفويين المعاونين للجنة الفرعية في بعثة توفد الى أراضٍ تكون خاضعة لولايتها القضائية.

Each Contracting Party which receives information or discovers that the personnel of a spacecraft have suffered accident or are experiencing conditions of distress or have made an emergency or unintended landing in territory under its jurisdiction or on the high seas or in any other place not under the jurisdiction of any State shall immediately:
