The Home Minister, Major General Maung Oo, told a meeting of local officials in Kyaukpadaung on 21 January 2010, with several hundred people attending, that Daw Aung San Suu Kyi would be released in November.
وقال وزير الداخلية، اللواء مونغ أو، في اجتماع لمسؤولين محليين في كياوكبادونغ، عقد في 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2010، وحضره عدة مئات من الأشخاص، إن داو أونغ سان سو تشيي سيُفرج عنها في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر.
