15. (b) As from 28 January 2014, the entry into or transit through the territory of the Russian Federation of individuals designated by the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) of 5 December 2013 (hereafter " the Committee " ) shall be prohibited, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige the Russian Federation to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;
(ب) اعتبارا من 28 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، يحظَّر دخول أو عبور إقليم الاتحاد الروسي على الأفراد الذين حددتهم لجنة مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة المنشأة عملا بالقرار 2127 (2013) المؤرخ 5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013 (المشار إليها في ما يلي بـ " اللجنة " )، شريطة ألا يكون في هذه الفقرة ما يُلزم الاتحاد الروسي بمنع مواطنيه من دخول إقليمه؛
