In the light of the above considerations, the European Union welcomed the explicit inclusion of a reference to the practice of international organizations in draft conclusion 4 [5] as provisionally adopted by the Drafting Committee. It noted that the Drafting Committee intended to revisit that paragraph after the Special Rapporteur had submitted his third report.
