In light of article 44, paragraph 6, of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the initial report and written replies submitted by the State party be made widely available to the public at large and that the publication of the report be considered, along with the relevant summary records and concluding observations adopted by the Committee.

Noting that the initial report was submitted eight years after the ratification of the Convention, the Committee invites the State party to take due account, in the submission of its future reports, of the timetable provided for by the Convention.
297- وإذ تنوه بأن التقرير الأولي قدم بعد ثماني سنوات من تاريخ المصادقة على الاتفاقية، فإن اللجنة تدعو الدولة الطرف إلى أن تراعي، عند تقديم تقاريرها المقبلة، الجدول الزمني المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية.

The Committee regrets, however, that despite its comment that the initial report of the State party did not include sufficient information about implementation of the Covenant in practice, the second periodic report suffered from the same deficiency.
