Taking into account the above-mentioned resolutions, the President of the Economic and Social Council is of the view that the specialized agencies and international institutions associated with the United Nations should continue to strengthen measures of support and formulate additional programmes of assistance to the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
٣ - ويرى رئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، آخذا في اعتباره القرارين المذكورين أعلاه، أنه ينبغي للوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات الدولية المتصلة باﻷمم المتحدة أن تعزز تدابير الدعم القائمة، وأن تضع برامج إضافية لمساعدة اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

Reaffirms that the specialized agencies and other organizations and institutions of the United Nations system should continue to be guided by the relevant resolutions of the United Nations in their efforts to contribute to the full implementation, without further delay, of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples and all other relevant General Assembly resolutions;
