IV.26 The Advisory Committee recalls that the General Assembly, in its resolution 63/227, decided that the Office of the High Representative would act as focal point for the preparations for the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries to mobilize and coordinate the active involvement of the organizations of the United Nations system.
رابعا - 26 وتذكّر اللجنة الاستشارية بأن الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 63/227، قرّرت أن يقوم مكتب الممثل السامي بدور مركز التنسيق للتحضير لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الرابع المعني بأقل البلدان نموا لتعبئة وتنسيق المشاركة النشطة لمؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة.

2. It requested the Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (OHRLLS) to ensure effective, efficient and timely preparations for the Conference and to further mobilize and coordinate the active involvement of the organizations of the United Nations system.

By its resolutions 63/227, 64/213 and 65/171, the General Assembly designated the Office of the High Representative as the focal point for the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, in order to ensure effective, efficient and timely preparations and to mobilize and coordinate the active involvement of the organizations of the United Nations system in the event.
