The Secretariat currently estimates additional requirements to support the activities of the Subcommittee as follows: (a) for 2011, an estimated amount of $2,233,500; and (b) for the biennium 2012-2013, an estimated amount of $5,474,000.

(c) That Member States participating in the activities of the Subcommittee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, as well as the European Commission, are actively preparing revisions of national or regional legislation applicable to chemicals for implementation of the Globally Harmonized System,
(ج) أن الدول الأعضاء المشاركة في أنشطة اللجنة الفرعية للخبراء المعنية بالنظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها، وكذلك المفوضية الأوروبية، تعكف على إعداد تنقيحات للتشريعات الوطنية أو الإقليمية المنطبقة على المواد الكيميائية لتطبيق النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي،

(e) That other Member States participating in the activities of the Subcommittee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals are actively preparing revisions of national legislation applicable to chemicals with a view to implementing the Globally Harmonized System;
(ﻫـ) أن الدول الأعضاء الأخرى المشاركة في أنشطة اللجنة الفرعية للخبراء المعنية بالنظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها تعكف على إعداد تنقيحات للتشريعات الوطنية السارية على المواد الكيميائية بغية تطبيق النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي؛

17. As the first and only functional fund established by an international human rights treaty, and a model for engagement between the United Nations, State parties, national preventive mechanisms and civil society in the prevention of torture, the Fund's activities should be commensurate with the growth of the activities of the Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture.
