5. Expenses of the ad hoc advisory panel shall be borne by the Commission in the case of a request referred to in paragraph 1 or, in the case of a request under paragraph 2, by the requesting organization or organizations.
٥ - تتحمل لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية نفقات الفريق الاستشاري المخصص في حالة وجـود طلـب من المنــظمة أو المنظمات الــطالبة كالمشار إليــه في الفقــرة ١، أو في حالة وجــود طلب بموجب الفقرة ٢.

(a) Unless the Council by special vote decides otherwise, the ad hoc advisory panel shall consist of:

Persons appointed to the ad hoc advisory panel shall act in their personal capacities and without instructions from any Government.
(ج) يعمل الأشخاص المعينون في الهيئة الاستشارية المخصصة بصفتهم الشخصية وبدون تلقي تعليمات من أية حكومة؛

5. The expenses of the ad hoc advisory panel shall be borne by the Commission in the case of a request referred to in paragraph 1 or, in the case of a request under paragraph 2, by the requesting organization or organizations.
٥ - تتحمل لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية نفقات الفريق الاستشاري المخصص في حالة وجود طلب من المنظمة أو المنظمات الطالبة كالمشار اليه في الفقرة ١، أو في حالة وجود طلب بموجب الفقرة ٢.

3. (a) Unless the Council decides otherwise, the ad hoc advisory panel shall consist of:

(b) Nationals of Members shall not be ineligible to serve on the ad hoc advisory panel.

4. The opinion of the ad hoc advisory panel and the reasons therefore shall be submitted to the Council, which, after considering all the relevant information, shall decide the dispute.
4- يقدَّم رأي الفريق الاستشاري المخصص والأسباب الموجبة له إلى المجلس الذي يبت في النزاع بعد النظر في كل المعلومات ذات الصلة.

(c) Persons appointed to the ad hoc advisory panel shall act in their personal capacities and without instructions from any Government.
(ج) يعمل الأشخاص المعينون في الفريق الاستشاري المخصص بصفتهم الشخصية ودون تلقي تعليمات من أية حكومة؛

2. The executive head of any of the organizations may request an advisory opinion from the ad hoc advisory panel regarding the legality of any measure based in whole or in part on a decision or recommendation referred to in paragraph 1 which is being considered for adoption or implementation in the organization concerned.
٢ - يجوز للرئيس التنفيذي ﻷي من المنظمات أن يطلب الفتوى من الفريق الاستشاري المخصص بشأن مدى قانونية أي إجراء يستند كله أو جزء منه إلى قرار أو توصية مشار اليها في الفقرة ١ ويجري النظر في اعتمادها أو تنفيذها في المنظمة المعنية.

٤ - يضع الفريق الاستشاري المخصص اﻹجراءات الخاصة به، وتتيح هذه اﻹجراءات اﻹدلاء ببيانات في أي دعوى أمام الفريق من جانب المنظمات اﻷخرى التي تطلب ذلك ومن جانب ممثلي الموظفين نيابة عن الموظفين الذين قد تتأثر حقوقهم من جراء تنفيذ القرار أو التوصية.
