As I said, apart from sending the Ad Hoc Committee's report as a part of its regular annual report to the next General Assembly, which I have no doubt it will do - and it will be seen in the context in which these negotiations took place - we have heard today much about the credibility of the Conference on Disarmament and proceeded almost straight away to try and undermine that credibility.
