the Al-Quds Committee and the Al-Quds Fund were initiatives of the Moroccan Government for which the King had raised a great deal of money and which were of great social, cultural and economic help to all Palestinians.
وأوضح أن لجنة القدس وصندوق القدس مبادرتان من الحكومة المغربية جمع الملك من أجلهما قدرا كبيرا من الأموال مثلت مساعدة اجتماعية وثقافية واقتصادية هامة لجميع الفلسطينيين.

The Kingdom of Morocco, whose King Mohammed VI presides over the Al-Quds Committee, reiterates its profound concern at the illegal acts by the Israeli authorities in eastern Al-Quds with the intention of altering the demographic composition of the Holy City.

The leaders reaffirm the Islamic position on the question of Al-Quds and its importance for the Islamic world and, in particular, the outcome of the nineteenth session of the Al-Quds Committee, chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and its support for the position of the State of Palestine on the basis of commitment to sovereignty over Al-Quds Al-Sharif as the capital of the independent State.

The Presidency of the Al-Quds Committee will undertake to prepare a draft statute for the Agency, which will soon be conveyed to the member States through the OIC General Secretariat to allow them to examine the draft statute and take necessary measures prior to the creation of the Agency and its establishment by the Islamic Conference.
وتتولى رئاسة لجنة القدس إعداد مشروع نظام أساسي للوكالة يعمم قريبا على الدول اﻷعضاء بواسطة اﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، ليتسنى للدول اﻷعضاء دراسته واتخاذ اﻹجراءات اللازمة تمهيدا ﻹنشاء الوكالة وإقرارها من قبل المؤتمر اﻹسلامي.

Support was expressed in this regard for the work of the Al-Quds Committee of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. Calls were also made for an effective involvement by leaders from the three religions in promoting a peaceful solution to the problem of Jerusalem.
وفي هذا الصدد، جرى اﻹعراب عن التأييد لﻷعمال التي تضطلع بها لجنة القدس التابعة لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، كما جرت المطالبة بإشراك زعماء من الديانات الثلاث إشراكا فعالا في العمل على إيجاد حل سلمي لمشكلة القدس.

Morocco, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, will spare no effort in contributing to all constructive initiatives and supporting all actions towards the realization of that goal as soon as possible.
والمملكة المغربية، بقيادة صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، رئيس لجنة القدس المنبثقة عن منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، لن تدخر جهداً للدفع بالتحركات الناجعة والإسهام في كل المساعي البناءة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف في أقرب الآجال.

In that context, we note that the Al-Quds fund established by the Al-Quds Committee has intensified its efforts in various sectors, including housing, health, education and the restoration of historic buildings that have been targeted by the Israeli authorities under various restoration or archaeological justifications and excuses without giving due attention to their religious or cultural value.
وفي هذا الإطار لن يألو بيت مال القدس المنبثق عن لجنة القدس جهدا من أجل تكثيف أنشطته في مجالات الإسكان والصحة والتعليم وترميم المآثر والبنايات التاريخية التي تستهدفها السلطات الإسرائيلية تحت ذريعة التهيئة العمرانية أو العمليات الحفرية دون مراعاة لأهميتها الحضارية والدينية.

The twentieth session of the Al-Quds Committee saw the participation of their Highnesses and Excellencies the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Committee's member countries along with their accompanying delegations, His Excellency Mr. Iyad Amine Madani, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Mr. Abdelkebir Alaoui Mdaghri, Director General of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency.

The Foreign Ministers of the Al-Quds Committee member countries held an interactive meeting with the aforementioned international guests in order to explain the situation in Al-Quds Al-Sharif and underscore the responsibility of the international community in preserving the legal status of the city and in safeguarding its role and status, in compliance with relevant United Nations resolutions.
