(h) Article 14, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Statute of the International Tribunal would be amended as set out in the annex to Security Council resolution 1877 (2009) so that the President may assign to the Appeals Chamber up to four additional permanent judges serving in the Trial Chambers, on the completion of the cases to which each judge is assigned.

Operative paragraph 2: Greek authorities continued to monitor through all available means, including the visa regime, which remains in force for all Iranian nationals, applications for entry or transit passages of all individuals listed in the annex to Security Council resolution 1737 (2006) and annex I to Security Council resolution 1747 (2007).
