بيد أنه يجوز للجنة، أو للفريق العامل المنشأ عملاً بالفقرة 1 من المادة 95؛ أو للمقرر الخاص المسمى عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 95 مطالبة صاحب البلاغ أو الدولة الطرف المعنية، بحسب الاقتضاء، بالحفاظ على سرية أي من هذه البيانات أو المعلومات، كلياً أو جزئياً.
