Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan Provinces have been actively coordinating with health authorities, and jointly issued a policy for full implementation of the birth registration system, so as to further strengthen the birth certificate administration, with the establishment and improvement of the collection and monitoring system of basic information on newborn babies.
وتنسق محافظات هينان وأنهوي وجيانغتشي وغوبي وهونان، بنشاط مع السلطات الصحية وأعلنت معاً عن تطبيق سياسة ترمي إلى تنفيذ نظام تسجيل المواليد تنفيذاً تاماً مما يمكّنها من زيادة تعزيز إدارة شهادات الميلاد بعد أن تم إنشاء وتحسين نظام لجمع ورصد المعلومات الأساسية عن الأطفال حديثي الولادة.

The Committee emphasizes that the birth registration system should be equally accessible to all parents in the whole territory of the State party, and in this respect it reiterates its concern about the deficiencies in the system of birth registration for children belonging to nomadic minorities and having a pastoral lifestyle.
