64- يشكل تقرير الاعتماد طلباً يوجه إلى المجلس التنفيذي لإصدار وحدات التخفيض المعتمد للانبعاثات بما يعادل كمية التخفيضات التي تم التحقق منها لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصادر.

Replacing lCERs where the certification report has not been provided in accordance with paragraph 33 above.

Where the certification report has not been provided in accordance with paragraph 33 above, the lCERs issued for the project activity shall be replaced.

49. Where the certification report has not been provided in accordance with paragraph 33 above, the lCERs issued for the project activity shall be replaced.

The flagging of iCERs shall be considered final 30 days after receipt of the certification report showing a reduction in the actual net greenhouse gas removals by sinks during a verification period, unless a Party involved in the project activity or at least three members of the Executive Board request a review of the proposed flagging of iCERs.
78- وسيعتبر وضع العلامات على تخفيضات الانبعاثات نهائياً بعد 30 يوماً من استلام تقرير التصديق الذي يبين الخفض في صافي انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة الفعلية حسب المصارف أثناء فترة التحقق، ما لم يطلب الطرف المعني بنشاط المشروع، أو ثلاثة أعضاء على الأقل من المجلس التنفيذي، استعراض وضع العلامات المقترحة لهذه التخفيضات.
