13. Amendment of the Children and Adolescents Code to protect the rights of adolescents engaged in domestic work

The Committee also urges the State party to amend the Children and Adolescents Code to include disability as a cross-cutting theme, and to amend article 62 of the Code, on the right to special education, to guarantee children with disabilities inclusive education of quality.
