The Azerbaijani Republic has drawn attention to such acts of provocation by the Armenian side in the circular note issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 10 January 1995 and the statement issued by the Ministry of Defence on 13 January 1995.
ولقد استرعت جمهورية أذربيجان الانتباه الى هذه اﻷعمال الاستفزازية التي يقوم بها الجانب اﻷرمني في المذكرة المعممة الصــادرة عن وزارة الخارجيــة في ١٠ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥ والبيان الصادر عن وزارة الدفاع في ١٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥.
