بعد أن درس تقرير الأمين العام بشـأن مدينة القدس الشريف المتضمن في الوثيقة رقم ICFM/30-2003/PAL/SG.Rep.1،

Strongly condemning the continuing and escalating Israeli aggressions on the holy places in the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and other Palestinian cities and the desecration of sacred shrines;
وإذ يعرب عن إدانته الشديدة لاستمرار وتصاعد الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على الأماكن المقدسة في مدينة القدس الشريف والمدن الفلسطينية الأخرى وتدنيس الأماكن المقدسة،

II. At the level of assisting the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif
ثانيا - على صعيد دعم مدينة القدس الشريف:

On the Cause of Palestine, the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the Arab-Israeli Conflict.
بشأن قضية فلسطين ومدينة القدس الشريف والنزاع العربي الإسرائيلي

(i) Final communiqué of the International Seminar on the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, convened by OIC and LAS at Cairo from 12 to 14 March 1995;
)ط( البلاغ الختامي للحلقة الدراسية الدولية المعنية بمدينة القدس الشريف التي دعت إلى عقدها منظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي وجامعة الدول العربية بالقاهرة، في الفترة من ١٢ إلى ١٤ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥؛

Thus, the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif can become the capital of peace, tolerance and coexistence.
وبذلك، يمكن لمدينة القدس الشريف أن تصبح عاصمة للسلام والتسامح والتعايش.

It called also upon all States to refrain from moving their embassies and other forms of representational offices to Jerusalem pending the restoration of the occupied parts of the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif to its rightful owner, the state of Palestine.
كما دعا جميع الدول إلى الامتناع عن نقل سفاراتها وغير ذلك من أشكال المكاتب التمثيلية إلى القدس إلى حين استعادة اﻷجزاء المحتلة من مدينة القدس الشريف إلى صاحبها الشرعي، دولة فلسطين.

As regards Al-Quds, we reaffirm that Israel's decision to apply its law and its administration to the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif is illegal, and is, therefore, null and void as it has no basis in legitimacy.
أما فيما يتعلق بمدينة القدس، فنؤكد مجددا أن قرار اسرائيل فرض قوانينها وولايتها وإدارتها على مدينة القدس الشريف هو قرار غير قانوني، ومن ثم فهو لاغ وباطل وليست له أيــة شرعية على اﻹطلاق.

We commend the efforts made by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, and Bayt Mal Al-Quds in order to preserve the identity of the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and support the steadfastness of its people.
ونشيد بالجهود التي يبذلها جلالة الملك محمد السادس، رئيس لجنة القدس، وبيت مال القدس من أجل المحافظة على هوية مدينة القدس الشريف ودعم صمود أبنائها.

A just and lasting peace can be achieved only with the complete withdrawal of Israeli armed forces and illegal settlers from all Arab and Palestinian lands occupied since 1967, including the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the occupied Syrian Golan.
ولا يمكن تحقيق سلام عادل ودائم إلا بالانسحاب التام للقوات المسلحة الإسرائيلية والمستوطنين غير الشرعيين من جميع الأراضي العربية الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام 1967، بما في ذلك مدينة القدس الشريف والجولان السورية المحتلة.

Israel's refusal to abandon the construction of a new settlement at Jebel Abu Ghneim in the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif is considered a very serious step and the most negative factor leading to the collapse of the peace process.
إن رفض إسرائيل اﻹقلاع عن بناء مستعمرة جديدة في جبل أبو غنيم في مدينة القدس الشريف يعتبر خطوة خطيرة جدا ﻷنها تمثل أكبر عامل سلبي يسهم في انهيار عملية السلام، ويشكل تنفيذا واضحا لبرنامج الحكومة اﻹسرائيلية الحالية الذي أعلنته منذ مجيئها إلى الحكم.

This brutal, deliberate and planned aggression is framed within Israel's continuing policy of imposing a fait accompli, Judaizing the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and undermining all regional and international efforts designed to end the aggression and to resume the peace process.
يأتي هذا العدوان الإسرائيلي الغاشم المدبر والمقصود في إطار السياسية الإسرائيلية المستمرة الرامية إلى فرض الأمر الواقع وتهويد مدينة القدس الشريف وتقويض جميع الجهود الإقليمية والدولية الهادفة إلى وقف العدوان واستئناف العملية السلمية.

Pursuant to the Islamic resolutions and decisions affirming that the issue of Al-Quds Al-Sharif is the core of the Palestinian cause which, itself, is the essence of the Arab-Israeli conflict and that there can be no comprehensive and just peace without the return of the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif to Palestinian sovereignty, as the capital of the State of Palestine;
وإذ يستند إلى القرارات الإسلامية التي تؤكد أن قضية القدس الشريف تشكل جوهر قضية فلسطين التي هي جوهر النزاع العربي الإسرائيلي وأن السلام الشامل والعادل لن يتحقق إلا بعودة مدينة القدس الشريف إلى السيادة الفلسطينية باعتبارها عاصمة لدولة فلسطين،

Strongly denouncing all the illegal measures and practices, which are contrary to all international resolutions, decisions and laws, undertaken by the Israeli occupation authorities in the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and designed to judaize the Holy City and obliterate its Arabo-Islamic features;
وإذ يندد بشدة بإجراءات إسرائيل وممارساتها غير الشرعية والمخالفة لكل القرارات والقوانين الدولية التي تقوم بها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية في مدينة القدس الشريف والهادفة لتهويد المدينة المقدسة وطمس معالمها العربية والإسلامية،

18- Reiterates the resolutions and decisions of the previous Islamic conferences affirming support for the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and fostering of the steadfastness of its people and calling for support as well to be extended to Bait Maal Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Al-Quds Fund.
18- يؤكد مجدداً قرارات المؤتمرات الإسلامية السابقة التي تؤكد دعم مدينة القدس الشريف وتعزيز صمود أبنائها، ويدعو إلى تقديم الدعم لبيت مال القدس الشريف وصندوق القدس.

Based on the Islamic resolutions on the Cause of Palestine, the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the Arab-Israeli Conflict;
وإذ يستند إلى القرارات الإسلامية بشأن قضية فلسطين ومدينة القدس الشريف والنزاع العربي الإسرائيلي،

The Council categorically rejected and condemned Israel's provocative policy of establishing settlements on occupied Arab land, the Israeli Government's decision to extend its geographical borders to include the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, and its modification of the demographic structure of the city in violation of international law and the relevant United Nations resolutions.
وعبر المجلس عن رفضه المطلق وإدانته للسياسة الاستيطانية الاستفزازية التي تمارسها إسرائيل في اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة ولقرار الحكومة اﻹسرائيلية بتوسيع الحدود الجغرافية لمدينة القدس الشريف وتغيير تركيبتها الديمغرافية باعتبارها انتهاكا ﻷحكام القانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية.
