5. Calls upon the Governments of the States concerned in which the Commission will carry out its mandate to cooperate fully with the Commission in the fulfilment of its mandate, including responding positively to requests from the Commission for security, assistance, and access in pursuing investigations, including:
٥ - يدعو حكومات الدول المعنية التي ستضطلع فيها اللجنة بولايتها إلى التعاون التام مع اللجنة في إنجاز ولايتها بما في ذلك الاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة من اللجنة فيما يتعلق باﻷمن والمساعدة واتاحة حرية الوصول اللازمة ﻹجراء التحقيقات، بما في ذلك:

(d) Appropriate measures to guarantee the safety and security of the members of the Commission and guarantees from the Governments of full respect for the integrity, security and freedom of witnesses, experts and any other persons working with the Commission in the fulfilment of its mandate;

Calls upon the Governments of the States concerned in which the Commission will carry out its mandate to cooperate fully with the Commission in the fulfilment of its mandate, including by responding positively to requests from the Commission for security, assistance, and access in pursuing investigations, inter alia, by:
" ٥ - يدعو حكومات الدول المعنية التي ستضطلع فيها اللجنة بولايتها إلى التعاون التام مع اللجنة في إنجاز ولايتها بما في ذلك عن طريق الاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة من اللجنة فيما يتعلق باﻷمن والمساعدة واتاحة حرية الوصول اللازمة ﻹجراء التحقيقات، وذلك بالقيام، في جملة أمور بما يلي:

72. By paragraph 5 of that resolution, the Council called upon the Governments of the States concerned in which the Commission will carry out its mandate to cooperate fully with the Commission in the fulfilment of its mandate, including responding positively to requests from the Commission for security, assistance, and access in pursuing investigations, and listed a series of measures intended to assist the Commission in its work.
٧٢ - وفي الفقرة ٥ من ذلك القرار دعا المجلس حكومات الدول المعنية التي ستضطلع فيها اللجنة بولايتها إلى التعاون التام مع اللجنة في إنجاز ولايتها بما في ذلك الاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة من اللجنـة فيما يتعلق باﻷمن والمساعدة وإتاحة حرية الوصول اللازمة ﻹجراء التحقيقات، وﻹدراج مجموعة من التدابير تهدف إلى مساعدة اللجنة في الاضطلاع بأعمالها.
