Chapter IV addresses other recommendations of the Implementation Committee pertaining to apparent deviations from the obligations imposed by the Protocol revealed by the data for 2007 reported by Parties pursuant to Article 7 of the Convention, which were discussed by the Committee at its fortieth meeting, in July 2008.
