To ensure the confidentiality of such data and information, the Secretary-General shall establish procedures, consistent with the provisions of the Convention, governing the handling of confidential information by members of the Secretariat, members of the Legal and Technical Commission and any other person participating in any activity or programme of the Authority.
ولضمان سرية تلك البيانات والمعلومات، يقرر الأمين العام إجراءات تتسق مع أحكام الاتفاقية، وتنظم مناولة المعلومات السرية من جانب موظفي الأمانة العامة وأعضاء اللجنة القانونية والتقنية وأي شخص آخر يشارك في أي نشاط أو برنامج تنفذه السلطة.

(b) agrees to comply with the applicable regulations and procedures established to ensure the confidentiality of such data and information.

3. The Secretary-General shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all such confidential data and information and shall not, except with the prior written consent of the Contractor, release such data and information to any person external to the Authority. The Secretary-General shall develop appropriate measures, consistent with the provisions of the Convention, to ensure the confidentiality of such data and information.
٣ - يكون اﻷمين العام مسؤولا عن الحفاظ على سرية كل هذه البيانات والمعلومات السرية، ولا يكشف عنها ﻷي شخص خارج السلطة إلا بموافقة كتابية مسبقة من المتعاقد، ويتخذ اﻷمين العام التدابير المناسبة المتفقة وأحكام الاتفاقية لضمان سرية هذه البيانات والمعلومات.

(b) Agrees to comply with the applicable regulations and procedures established to ensure the confidentiality of such data and information.

Such procedures shall be based upon the relevant provisions of the Convention, the rules, regulations and procedures of the Authority and the procedures established by the Secretary-General pursuant thereto in order to carry out his responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of such data and information.
وتوضع هذه الإجراءات على أساس الأحكام ذات الصلة من الاتفاقية، وقواعد السلطة وأنظمتها وإجراءاتها، والإجراءات التي وضعها الأمين العام عملا بذلك لأداء مسؤولياته بالنسبة للحفاظ على سرية تلك البيانات والمعلومات.
