It would invite Member States, specialized agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations, as well as international development and financial institutions, to assist the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in accordance with its national priorities.
وتدعو الجمعية الدول اﻷعضاء، والوكــالات المتخصصة، وصناديق اﻷمم المتحدة وبرامجها، فضلا عن المؤسسات اﻹنمائيــة والمالية الدوليــة، إلى المساعدة فــي إصلاح وتعمير جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وفقا ﻷولوياتها الوطنية.

(i) To respect international humanitarian law, in particular the protection of civilians by ensuring the safety, security and freedom of movement of all civilians and United Nations and associated personnel, and the unhindered access of humanitarian personnel to all of the affected population throughout the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in accordance with Security Council resolutions 1265 (1999) and 1296 (2000);
