4. In accordance with article 36, paragraph 2, of the CCD, for each State or regional economic integration organization which ratifies, accepts or approves the CCD or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the CCD enters into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit with the Depositary of the relevant instrument.
4- وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 36 من اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر، يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية تصدِّق على الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو توافق عليها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع الصك ذي الصلة لدى الجهة الوديعة.

٢ - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية تصدق على الاتفاقية أو تقبلهـا أو توافـق عليها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو منظمة التكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمية هذه صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

4. In accordance with article 36, paragraph 2, of the CCD, for each State or regional economic integration organization which ratifies, accepts or approves the CCD or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the CCD enters into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit with the depositary of the relevant instrument.
٤- وفقاً للفقرة ٢ من المادة ٦٣ من اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر، يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي اقليمية تصدق على الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو توافق عليها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين للتصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو منظمة التكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمية هذه صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

In accordance with article 36, paragraph 2, of the UNCCD, for each State or regional economic integration organization which ratifies, accepts or approves the Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention enters into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit with the Depositary of the relevant instrument.
