– That the accused intended to launch an attack against buildings, material, medical units and transport, and personnel using the distinctive emblems of the Geneva Conventions in conformity with international law;
- أن يكون المتهم قد تعمد شن هجوم على مبان ومواد ووحدات طبية ووسائل نقل وأفراد من مستعملي الشعارات المميزة المبيﱠنة في اتفاقيات جنيف طبقا للقانون الدولي.

– That at the time when the attack was launched, the buildings, material, medical units and transport, and personnel using the distinctive emblems of the Geneva Conventions enjoyed protection under international law and displayed the distinctive signs or signals which would enable the accused to identify them;
- أن تكون المباني والمواد والوحدات والمركبات الطبية واﻷفراد من مستعملي الشعارات المميزة المبيﱠنة في اتفاقيات جنيف، يتمتعون عند وقوع الهجوم، بالحماية طبقا للقانون الدولي ويحملون العلامات واﻹشارات المميزة التي تساعد المتهم على التعرف عليهم.

– That at the time when the attack was launched, the buildings, material, medical units and transport, and personnel using the distinctive emblems of the Geneva Conventions were not subject to any circumstances that would end the protection due to them under international law;
