7- ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس بالمبدأ القائل بأن توصيف الأفعال المجرَّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية وتوصيف الدفوع القانونية المنطبقة أو المبادئ القانونية الأخرى التي تحكم مشروعية السلوك، محفوظ حصرا للقانون الداخلي للدولة الطرف وبوجوب ملاحقة تلك الجرائم والمعاقبة عليها وفقا لذلك القانون.
