5. The challenge of integrating developing countries and economies in transition in the emerging global economy needs to be addressed in a context which is currently characterized by three main elements, namely:

As the resulting “new deal” will put more emphasis on comparative advantages built on information, knowledge, education and culture, it may help developing countries and economies in transition to become better integrated in the emerging global economy.
وبما أن " الصفقة الجديدة " الناتجة من ذلك ستعطي مزيدا من الأهمية للمزايا النسبية المعتمدة على المعلومات والمعرفة والتعليم والثقافة، فقد تساعد البلدان النامية والاقتصادات التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية على تحسين اندماجها في الاقتصاد العالمي الناشئ.

43. The Ministers recognized the increased relevance of South-South cooperation in the current international economic environment and reiterated their support for South-South cooperation both as a strategy in support of the development efforts of developing countries and as a means of enhancing the participation of developing countries in the emerging global economy.
43 - وأقر الوزراء بالأهمية المتزايد للتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب في إطار البيئة الاقتصادية الدولية الحالية، وأعادوا تأكيد دعمهم للتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب باعتبارها استراتيجية تدعم الجهود الإنمائية التي تبذلها البلدان النامية، ووسيلة لتعزيز مشاركة البلدان النامية في الاقتصاد العالمي الناشئ.

74. The Ministers reaffirmed the importance of strengthening South-South cooperation especially in the current international economic environment and reiterated their support for South-South cooperation as a strategy to sustain the development efforts of developing countries as a means of enhancing their participation in the emerging global economy.
74 - وأعاد الوزراء التأكيد على أهمية تعزيز التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب، ولا سيما في ظل البيئة الاقتصادية الدولية الراهنة، وكرروا الإعراب عن دعمهم للتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب باعتباره استراتيجية لدعم ما تبذله البلدان النامية من جهود إنمائية في سبيل تعزيز مشاركتها في الاقتصاد العالمي الناشئ.

69. The Ministers reaffirmed the importance of strengthening South-South Cooperation especially in the current international economic environment and reiterated their support for South-South Cooperation as a strategy to sustain the developments efforts of developing countries and a means of enhancing their participation in the emerging global economy.
69 - وأكد الوزراء من جديد أهمية دعم التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب وبخاصة في البيئة الاقتصادية الدولية الحالية كما أكدوا دعمهم للتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب كاستراتيجية لمواصلة الجهود الإنمائية للبلدان النامية وكوسيلة لتعزيز مشاركتها في الاقتصاد العالمي الناشئ.

31. The lack of efficient and transparent trade-related services such as customs, transportation, banking and insurance, telecommunications or business information is a major impediment to the integration of developing countries and [some] countries in transition in international trade and poses a formidable risk of exclusion from and challenge to the emerging global economy.
١٣- إن الافتقار إلى الخدمات الكفؤة والشفافة المتعلقة بالتجارة مثل الجمارك، أو النقل، أو اﻷعمال المصرفية والتأمين، أو الاتصالات أو المعلومات التجارية، هو عائق رئيسي ﻹدماج البلدان النامية و]بعض[ البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية في التجارة الدولية ويشكل خطراً هائلاً لاستبعادها من الاقتصاد العالمي الناشئ وتحدياً لهذا الاقتصاد.
