There is, undoubtedly, a global momentum towards the entry into force of this Treaty.

51. The Assembly of States Parties shall convene not later than one year following the entry into force of this Treaty.
51 - تجتمع جمعية الدول الأطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة عقب بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

AMENDMENTS 1. At any time after the entry into force of this Treaty, any State Party may propose amendments to this Treaty or the annexed Protocol.
١ - في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة يجوز ﻷي دولة طرف اقتراح تعديلات على هذه المعاهدة أو البروتوكول المرفق.

13. The first session of the Conference shall be convened by the Depositary not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty.
٣١ - يدعو الوديع إلى عقد أول دورة للمؤتمر في موعد لا يتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

[162. Not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty any State Party shall inform the Director-General of the names of observers.
]٢٦١- تقوم أي دولة طرف في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتبليغ المدير العام بأسماء المراقبين.

[163. Not later than 60 days after the entry into force of this Treaty the Director-General shall circulate the list of observers to all States parties.
]٣٦١- يقوم المدير العام في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٦ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتعميم قائمة المراقبين على جميع الدول اﻷطراف.

14. The first session of the Conference shall be convened by the Depositary not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty.
٤١ - يدعو الوديع إلى عقد أول دورة للمؤتمر في موعد لا يتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

[165. Not later than 30 days after the entry into force of this Treaty any State Party shall inform the Director-General of the names of observers.
]٥٦١- تقوم أي دولة طرف في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٣ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتبليغ المدير العام بأسماء المراقبين.

[166. Not later than 60 days after the entry into force of this Treaty the Director-General shall circulate the list of observers to all States Parties.
]٦٦١- يقوم المدير العام في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٦ يوما بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بتعميم قائمة المراقبين على جميع الدول اﻷطراف.

Even though perfect universality seems to be difficult to achieve within a few years, the entry into force of this Treaty with a sufficient number of States parties will give a great political impetus to increase the number of States parties to the treaty and will be effective to realize a world free of nuclear testing.
وعلى الرغم من أن إضفاء طابع عالمي تام يبدو أمراً صعب التحقيق في غضون بضع سنوات، فإن بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة بعدد كاف من الدول اﻷطراف سيعطي دفعة سياسية كبيرة لزيادة عدد الدول اﻷطراف في المعاهدة وسيكون عاملاً فعالاً في سبيل ايجاد عالم خال من التجارب النووية.

The verification regime shall be [fully] operational upon the entry into force of this Treaty. [Those parts of the International Monitoring System not fulfilling this requirement due to financial or technical reasons should become operational at the latest [2] years after entry into force of this Treaty.
ويجب أن يكون نظام التحقق جاهزاً ]تماما[ للتشغيل عند بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة. ]وينبغي أن تصبح أجزاء نظام الرصد الدولي التي لا تستوفي هذا المتطلب ﻷسباب مالية أو تقنية جاهزة للتشغيل في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ]عامين[ بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

4. For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited subsequent to the entry into force of this Treaty, it shall enter into force on the 30th day following the date of deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
٤- يبدأ نفاذ المعاهدة بالنسبة إلى الدول التي تُودَع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ إيداع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2. The Depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession, the date of the entry into force of this Treaty and of any amendments and changes thereto, and the receipt of other notices.
٢ - يبلغ الوديع، على وجه السرعة، جميع الدول الموقعة لهذه المعاهدة والمنضمة إليها بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ ايداع كل صك تصديق أو انضمام، وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة وأي تعديلات وتغييرات عليها وتسلم إشعارات أخرى.

47. Not later than [30] [60] days after the entry into force of this Treaty the [Technical Secretariat] [Organization] shall communicate, in writing to all States Parties, the names, nationalities and ranks of the inspectors [and/or inspection assistants] proposed for designation, as well as a description of their qualifications and professional experience.
٧٤- تُرسل ]اﻷمانة الفنية[ ]المنظمة[ كتابة، في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ]٠٣[ ]٠٦[ يوما من بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة إلى جميع الدول اﻷطراف، أسماء المفتشين ]و/أو مساعدي التفتيش[ المقترحة تسميتهم، فضلا عن جنسياتهم ورتبهم، ووصف لمؤهلاتهم وخبراتهم المهنية.
