VI. Conclusion and recommendations 86. After more than three years in operation, the Ethics Office continued to assert its relevance and its role in fostering a culture of ethics, integrity and accountability within the United Nations while fulfilling its growing mandated responsibilities and overcoming budgetary and staff constraints.
