Today Tunisia, which signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty in October 1996, welcomes the holding of the first session of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, last November and March, as well as the establishment of the secretariat of that Organization, opening the way to the preparation of the implementation stage of the Treaty.
