Such Parties shall meet the following eligibility requirements and any other requirements established by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting as the Parties to this Protocol:

Subject to the provisions of paragraph below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to transfer and/or acquire ERUs issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:

After the start of the first commitment period, the compliance body shall, based on the information submitted by the expert review teams, review and make decisions on the continuing observance of the following eligibility criteria by Parties:
20- بعد بدء فترة الالتزام الأولى تقوم الهيئة المعنية بالامتثال، استناداً إلى المعلومات المقدمة من أفرقة الخبراء الاستعراضية، باستعراض التقيد المستمر من جانب الأطراف بمعايير الأهلية التالية وبإصدار قرارات بشأن هذا التقيد:

9. Prior to the start of the first commitment period, the expert review teams established under Article 8 shall review the observance by Parties included in Annex I and Annex B of the following eligibility criteria for transfers and acquisitions under the provisions of Article 3:

28 - قبل بدء فترة الإلتزام الأولى، تستعرض أفرقة الإستعراض المكونة من خبراء المنشأة بمقتضى المادة 8، تقيّد الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بمعايير الأهلية التالية لعمليات النقل والحيازة بموجب أحكام المادة 3:

Subject to the provisions of paragraph below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to transfer and/or acquire ERUs issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:
21- رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 22 أدناه، يجوز لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول عليه التزام مسجل في المرفق باء أن ينقل و/أو يحتاز وحدات خفض الانبعاثات الصادرة وفقاً للأحكام ذات الصلة إذا كان يفي باشتراطات الأهلية التالية:

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 32 below, a Party included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to use CERs, issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, to contribute to compliance with part of its commitment under Article 3, paragraph 1, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:
31- رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 32 أدناه، يجوز لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول وملتزم بأحد الالتزامات المدرجة في المرفق باء، أن يستخدم وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة التي صدرت وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة للإسهام في الامتثال لجزء من التزاماته المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 3، إذا امتثل لاشتراطات الأهلية التالية:

Subject to the provisions of paragraph below, a Party3 included in Annex I with a commitment inscribed in Annex B is eligible to transfer and/or acquire ERUs, CERs, AAUs, or RMUs issued in accordance with the relevant provisions, if it is in compliance with the following eligibility requirements:
