The resolution reiterated the recommendation that the Government of Switzerland, in its capacity as depositary of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War should reconvene as soon as possible a Conference of High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention on measures to enforce the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

The Committee supported the convening on 15 July 1999 at the United Nations Office at Geneva of the Conference of the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention on measures to Enforce the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem, as recommended by the General Assembly at its tenth emergency special session in its resolution ES-10/6.
٩١ - وقدمت اللجنة دعمها لعقد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بتدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، كما أوصت بذلك الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية الطارئة العاشرة، في قرارها دإط - ٠١/٦، وعقد المؤتمر في ٥١ تموز/يوليه ٩٩٩١ في مكتب اﻷمم المتحدة بجنيف.
