6. The following organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and work of all international conferences held under the auspices of the General Assembly were represented at the Conference:

According to the provisional rules of procedure of the Congress, representatives of organizations with a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in all international conferences convened under its auspices may participate in Congress discussions as observers without the right to vote.

1. Subject to prior written notification to the Secretary-General, representatives of entities and organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices shall be entitled to participate as observers in the deliberations of the Conference.
1- رهنا بتوجيه إشعار خطي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، يحق لممثلي الهيئات والمنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقبين في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، أن يشاركوا بصفة مراقبين في مداولات المؤتمر.

(a) Intergovernmental organizations and other entities having received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and the work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Conference;
(أ) المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغيرها من الكيانات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، وفقا للنظام الداخلي للمؤتمر؛

(a) Intergovernmental organizations and other entities having received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and the work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with the provisional rules of procedure of the Conference;
(أ) المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغيرها من الكيانات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، وفقا للنظام الداخلي المؤقت للمؤتمر؛

(i) " Entities and organizations " shall mean the entities and organizations a list of which is established by the General Assembly and which have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices.
(ط) يُقصد بتعبير " الهيئات والمنظمات " الهيئات والمنظمات التي تضع الجمعية العامة قائمة بها، والتي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات التي تعقد تحت رعايتها.

(ي) يُقصد بتعبير " الهيئات والمنظمات " الهيئات والمنظمات التي تضع الجمعية العامة قائمة بها، والتي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات التي تعقد تحت رعايتها.
