Representatives designated by organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices have the right to participate as observers, without the right to vote, in the deliberations of the Conference, the Main Committee and, as appropriate, any other committee or working group.
المادة ٠٦ يحق للممثلين الذين تسميهم المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للاشتراك في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، الاشتراك بصفة مراقبين، دون حق في التصويت، في مداولات المؤتمر واللجنة الرئيسية، وعند الاقتضاء، في مداولات أية لجنة أخرى أو فريق عامل.

(a) Organizations and entities that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the work of international conferences convened under its auspices;
(أ) المنظمات والكيانات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في أعمال المؤتمرات الدولية المعقودة تحت رعايتها؛

(c) Organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with Assembly resolutions 3237 (XXIX) of 22 November and 3280 (XXIX) of 10 December 1974 and 31/152 of 20 December 1976;
(ج) المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعاية الجمعية العامة، وفقا لقرارات الجمعية 3237 (د-29) المؤرخ 22 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1974 و3280 (د-29) المؤرخ 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1974 و31/152 المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1976؛

Representatives designated by organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under the auspices of the General Assembly may participate as observers, without the right to vote, in the deliberations of the Congress, its committees, subcommittees and working groups and, as appropriate, in its other subsidiary organs.
