2. In the context of the above-mentioned tasks and mandates, the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty calls for:

25. the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty reaffirms that, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, States must refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.
25 - وتؤكد المجموعة من جديد أن الدول ملزمة، وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، بالامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن استخدام القوة أو التهديد باستخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة، أو على أي وجه آخر يتنافى ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة.

4. Mr. Abdelaziz (Egypt), speaking on behalf of the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, noted that the wording of agenda item 16 made it clear that Main Committee III should not only review the Treaty but also take into account the decisions and resolutions agreed upon at the 1995 and 2000 Review Conferences.
4 - السيد عبد العزيز (مصر): تحدث نيابة عن دول مجموعة عدم الانحياز الأطراف في معاهدة منع انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وأشار إلى أن صياغة البند 16 من جدول الأعمال تبين أنه ينبغي على اللجنة الرئيسية الثالثة ليس فقط أن تستعرض المعاهدة بل أيضاً أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المقررات والقرارات التي اتُفق عليها في المؤتمرين الاستعراضيين لعام 1995 وعام 2000.

15. the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons recalls the undertaking by the nuclear-weapon States at the time of negotiation of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty to ensure that the Treaty would halt both vertical and horizontal proliferation, thereby preventing the appearance of new types of nuclear devices, as well as nuclear weapons based on new physical principles.
15- وتشير دول عدم الانحياز الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية إلى التعهد المقدم من الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية وقت التفاوض على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية بكفالة أن توقف المعاهدة الانتشار الرأسي والأفقي، وبذلك تمنع ظهور أصناف جديدة من الأجهزة النووية، وكذلك الأسلحة النووية المبنية على مبادئ فيزيائية جديدة.

15. the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty emphasizes the need to achieve worldwide application of the safeguards system and proposes that nuclear-weapon States Parties to the Treaty undertake to accept full-scope safeguards.
15 - وتؤكد مجموعة دول عدم الانحياز الأعضاء في المعاهدة على الحاجة إلى تحقيق تطبيق عالمي النطاق لنظام الضمانات، وتقترح أن تتعهد الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية الأطراف في المعاهدة بقبول الضمانات الشاملة.

16. the Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty firmly believes that fostering the development of the peaceful uses of nuclear energy by providing a framework of confidence and cooperation within which those uses can take place, is one of the fundamental objectives of the Treaty.
16 - وتعتقد المجموعة اعتقادا راسخا أن تعزيز تطوير الاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة النووية بتوفير إطار قائم على الثقة والتعاون يمكن أن تتم فيه تلك الاستخدامات يشكِّل أحد الأهداف الرئيسية للمعاهدة.
