72 - تتولى الأمانة العامة إعداد بقية التقرير على أن يحظى بموافقة جميع الأعضاء الحاليين في المجلس والأعضاء المنتخبين في الماضي القريب الذين خدموا في المجلس أثناء الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، ويشمل التقرير الأجزاء التالية:

" (a) The draft introduction to the report should continue to be prepared under the leadership and responsibility of the President of the Council for the month of July of each calendar year and should continue to be approved by all current members of the Council and the immediate past elected members who served on the Council during the reporting period covered;
" (أ) ينبغي أن يستمر إعداد مشروع مقدمة التقرير تحت قيادة ومسؤولية رئيس المجلس لشهر تموز/يوليه من كل سنة تقويمية وأن يحظى باستمرار بموافقة جميع أعضاء المجلس في تلك الفترة والأعضاء المنتخبين في الماضي القريب الذين عملوا في المجلس خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير؛
