183- تنصّ المادة 5 من إعلان العمل لعام 2001 على أن الباحث عن عمل يستطيع التقدُّم بطلبه عن طريق وحدة خدمات العمالة بالوزارة أو عن طريق وكالة عمالة خاصة، أو أن يقدِّم الطلب مباشرة إلى صاحب العمل.
