3. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to assist Member States in the further development of commonly accepted peacekeeping doctrine and to share existing peacekeeping doctrine and concepts of operations with the OAU and subregional organizations in Africa;
٣ - يطلب من اﻷمين العام الاستمرار في مساعدة الدول اﻷعضاء على تعزيز وضع تعاليم مقبولة بشكل مشترك لحفظ السلام واطلاع منظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية والمنظمات دون اﻹقليمية في أفريقيا على ما يوجد حاليا من تعاليم حفظ السلام ومفاهيم العمليات؛

11. Requests the Secretary-General to implement the present resolution in the course of his ongoing efforts to develop cooperation with the OAU and subregional organizations in Africa and, where necessary, drawing on the United Nations Trust Fund for Improving Preparedness for Conflict Prevention and Peacekeeping in Africa, and to keep the Council informed periodically, as necessary, on the implementation of the present resolution;
١١ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن ينفذ هذا القرار في سياق جهوده المبذولة حاليا لتنمية أواصر التعاون مع منظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية والمنظمات دون اﻹقليمية في أفريقيا معتمدا، حسب الاقتضاء، على صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة الاستئماني لتحسين التأهب لمنع نشوب المنازعات ولحفظ السلام في أفريقيا وأن يبقي المجلس على علم، بصفة دورية وحسب الاقتضاء، بمدى تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

Mindful of the need for continued cooperation between the United Nations and its relevant bodies and specialized agencies on the one hand, and the OAU and subregional organizations in Africa on the other,
وإذ يضع في اعتباره الحاجة إلى استمرار التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة وهيئاتها ذات الصلة ووكالاتها المتخصصة من ناحية ومنظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية والمنظمات دون اﻹقليمية في أفريقيا من ناحية أخرى،

8. Requests the Secretary-General to respond, as appropriate, to requests from African States, the OAU and subregional organizations for advice and technical assistance in the implementation of international refugee, human rights and humanitarian law relevant to the present resolution, including through appropriate training programmes and seminars;
٨ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يستجيب، حسب الاقتضاء، للطلبات الواردة من الدول اﻷفريقية، ومنظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية والمنظمات دون اﻹقليمية التماسا للمشورة والمساعدة التقنية في تنفيذ القانون الدولي المتعلق باللاجئين وبحقوق اﻹنسان والقانون اﻹنساني الدولي فيما يتصل بهذا القرار من خلال البرامج التدريبية الملائمة والحلقات الدراسية؛
