In its resolution 16/22 and decision 17/119, the Human Rights Council requested the Secretariat to provide an annual written update on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for participation in the universal periodic review and the resources available to it.
طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 16/22 ومقرره 17/119 إلى الأمانة أن تقدم إليه معلومات خطية محدثة سنوية عن عمليات صندوق التبرعات الرامي إلى المشاركة في الاستعراض الدوري الشامل والموارد المتاحة له.

17. In its resolution 16/22 and its decision 17/119, the Council requested the Office of the High Commissioner to provide a report on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for participation in the universal periodic review.

20. In its decision 17/119, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to provide a report on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Participation in the Universal Periodic Review and the Voluntary Fund for financial and technical assistance in the implementation of the universal periodic review.
20- طلب المجلس، في مقرره 17/119، إلى المفوضية أن تقدم تقريراً عن عمليات صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمشاركة في الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وصندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمساعدة المالية والتقنية إنفاذاً للاستعراض الدوري الشامل.

The Secretary-General hereby informs the Human Rights Council that a consolidated annual written update on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for financial and technical assistance in the implementation of the universal periodic review, as requested by the Council in its decision 17/119, will be submitted to the Council at its twenty-fourth session.
تُبلِّغ الأمانةُ مجلسَ حقوق الإنسان، بمقتضى هذه المذكرة، بأن تقريراً سنوياً موحداً كتابياً يعرض آخر مستجدات عمليات صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمساعدة المالية والتقنية إنفاذاً للاستعراض الدوري الشامل سيقدَّم إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة والعشرين بناءً على طلبه الوارد في المقرَّر 17/119.

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 16/22 and decision 17/119, in which the Council requested the secretariat to provide an annual written update on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Participation in the Universal Periodic Review and on the resources available to it.
1- يقدم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 16/22 ومقرره 17/119، اللذين طلب فيهما المجلس من الأمانة أن تقدم معلومات محدثة سنوية عن عمليات صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمشاركة في الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وعن الموارد المتاحة له.

29. In its decision 17/119, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to provide a report on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Participation in the Universal Periodic Review and the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance in the Implementation of the Universal Periodic Review.
29- طلب المجلس، في مقرره 17/119، إلى المفوضية أن تقدم تقريراً عن عمليات صندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمشاركة في الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وصندوق التبرعات الخاص بالمساعدة المالية والتقنية في تنفيذ الاستعراض الدوري الشامل.

77. Reference is also made to the report of OHCHR on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance in the Implementation of the Universal Periodic Review (A/HRC/24/56) (see paragraph 29 above).

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council decision 17/119, in which the Council requested the secretariat to provide an annual written update on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance in the Implementation of the Universal Periodic Review and on the resources available to it.

Subsequently, the Secretary-General informed the Council in a note (A/HRC/23/60) that a consolidated annual written update on the operations of the Voluntary Fund would be submitted to the Council at its twenty-fourth session.
وأبلغ الأمين العام لاحقاً المجلس في مذكرة (A/HRC/23/60) أن معلومات خطية محدثة سنوية ستقدم في تقرير موحد بشأن عمليات صندوق التبرعات إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة والعشرين.
