In its resolution 50/109, the General Assembly invited the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization to submit to it, at its fifty-second session, a report on the outcome of the World Food Summit.
فقد دعت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥٠/١٠٩ المدير العام لمنظمة اﻷغذية والزراعة إلى أن يقدم لها في دورتها الثانية والخمسين تقريرا عن نتائج مؤتمر القمة العالمي لﻷغذية.

The review of the follow-up to the outcome of the World Food Summit or the coming discussions on the mid-term review of the United Nations Conference on Population and Development must confirm the approach of a coherent follow-up to all the major international conferences.

Agenda item 96 on sectoral policy questions and its sub-items would be discussed on 24 October, with the exception of item 96 (c) on food and sustainable agricultural development, which would be considered on the afternoon of 30 October so that the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) could be present to report on the outcome of the World Food Summit.
وإن البند ٩٦ من جدول اﻷعمال المعني بمسائل السياسات القطاعية وبنوده الفرعية سيناقش في ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر، باستثناء البند ٩٦ )ج( المعني باﻷغذية والتنمية الزراعية المستدامة الذي سينظر فيه بعد ظهر يوم ٣٠ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر حتى يتسنى للمدير العام لمنظمة اﻷمم المتحدة لﻷغذية والزراعة الحضور لتقديم تقرير عن نتائج مؤتمر القمة العالمي لﻷغذية.

In the same resolution, the General Assembly reiterated its invitation to the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to submit to the Assembly at its fifty-second session, through the Council, a report on the outcome of the World Food Summit, including actions to be taken to follow up the outcome of the Summit at all appropriate levels (see also Assembly resolution 50/109).
وفي القرار نفسه كررت الجمعية العامة تأكيد دعوتها إلى المدير العام لمنظمة اﻷمم المتحدة لﻷغذية والزراعة إلى أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، تقريرا عن نتائج مؤتمر القمة العالمي لﻷغذية بما في ذلك اﻹجراءات التي ستتخذ لمتابعة نتائج مؤتمر القمة على جميع الصعد المناسبة )انظر أيضا قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١٠٩(.
