١١ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بإدارة اﻷقاليم المذكورة العمل على تيسير مشاركة الممثلين المعينين والمنتخبين لﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات، بحيث يتسنى لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تستفيد من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛

Requests the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of appointed and elected representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the agencies and organizations so that the Territories may benefit from the related activities of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system;
١١ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة العمل على تيسير مشاركة الممثلين المعينين والمنتخبين لﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات بحيث يتسنى لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تحقق الفائدة القصوى من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛
