23. By note verbale dated 11 July 2005 the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations requested the postponement of the consideration of the second periodic report by the Committee, scheduled for 23 September 2005.
23- وبموجب مذكِّرة شفوية مؤرخة 11 تموز/يوليه 2005، طلبت البعثة الدائمة للمملكة العربية السعودية لدى الأمم المتحدة تأجيل نظر اللجنة في تقريرها الدوري الثاني الذي كان مقرراً في 23 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005.

4. The Special Rapporteur would like to thank the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Office at Geneva for its assistance in organizing the mission and the Government for facilitating the mission and for the open and cooperative atmosphere in which the mission took place.
4- ويود المقرر الخاص أن يشكر البعثة الدائمة للمملكة العربية السعودية لدى مكتب الأمم المتحدة في جنيف للمساعدة التي قدمتها في تنظيم البعثة، وأن يشكر الحكومة لتيسيرها البعثة ولجو الانفتاح والتعاون الذي لقيته البعثة.

A review of the evidence indicates that the Claim of the Ministry of Health in Al Khafji is included in the Claim of the Riyadh headquarters, which was confirmed by a Note Verbale dated 29 October 1999 from the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations and other international organisations in Geneva.
ويتبيّن من استعراض الأدلة أن الجهة المطالبة المقدمة من وزارة الصحة في الخفجي قد أدرجت في المطالبة المقدمة من المقر بالرياض، وهذا ما أكدته مذكرة شفهية مؤرخة في 29 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1999 وردت من البعثة الدائمة للمملكة العربية السعودية لدى الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية في جنيف.
