The successive provocations at the line of contact by the armed forces of the Azerbaijani side, regular impediments of the monitoring activities of the Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the rejection of the proposal of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries on pulling back the snipers and fostering the ceasefire regime are resulting in new human casualties.

Expresses its support for the efforts of the OSCE for a peaceful resolution of the crisis in Kosovo, including through the Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office for the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, who is also the Special Representative of the European Union, and the return of the OSCE long-term missions;
٧ - يعرب عن تأييده للجهود التي تبذلها منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا من أجل إيجاد حل سلمي لﻷزمة في كوسوفو، بما في ذلك من خلال وساطة الممثل الشخصي للرئيس الحالي للمنظمة في جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، الذي هو أيضا الممثل الخاص للاتحاد اﻷوروبي، وعودة البعثات الطويلة اﻷجل التابعة لمنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا؛
