No report made to an authority in compliance with a text other than this law shall have the effect of releasing the persons referred to in article 5 from their reporting obligation under this article.

Furthermore, no civil or criminal proceedings may be initiated against the persons referred to in the previous paragraph for material and/or moral injury that might result from the blocking of a transaction under the provisions of article 28.

the persons referred to in article 5 shall be required to report to the National Financial Information Processing Unit (CENTIF), under the conditions laid down in this law and in accordance with a reporting format established by an order issued by the Minister of Finance:

Where a suspicious transaction has been executed and there has been no collusion with the perpetrator or perpetrators of the money-laundering, no criminal prosecution on a money-laundering charge shall be brought against the persons referred to in article 5, or their managers or employees, if the suspicious transaction report was made in accordance with the provisions of this law.
في حال تنفيذ عملية مشبوهة، لا تقام أي دعوى جنائية بتهمة غسل الأموال ضد أي من الأشخاص المشار إليهم في المادة 5، ورؤسائهم أو الموظفين العاملين تحت إشرافهم، إذا قدم البلاغ عن العملية المشبوهة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون، ما لم يكن هناك تواطؤ احتيالي مع مرتكب أو مرتكبي جريمة غسل الأموال.

145. In addition to the persons referred to in draft principle 3, paragraph 1, there might be other persons who could act on behalf of the State and bind it by formulating a unilateral declaration.

8. Invites the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Council at its fourteenth session and annually thereafter, in accordance with its programme of work, containing a compilation and analysis of any available information, from all appropriate sources, on alleged reprisals against the persons referred to in paragraph 1 above, as well as recommendations on how to address the issues of intimidation and reprisals.
8- يدعو الأمين العام إلى أن يقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الرابعة عشرة وكل عام بعد ذلك تقريراً، وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المجلس، يتضمن تجميعاً وتحليلاً لأي معلومات قد تُتاح، من جميع المصادر المناسبة، عن الأعمال الانتقامية التي يُدَّعى ارتكابها ضد الأشخاص المُشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، وأن يقدّم كذلك توصيات بشأن كيفية تناول مسائل الترهيب والأعمال الانتقامية.
