(a) the place of arbitration designated in the agreement is situated in one of the places referred to in subparagraph 2 (b) of this article;
(أ) كان مكان التحكيم المُعَّين في الاتفاق واقعا في أحد الأماكن المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية 2 (ب) من هذه المادة؛

41. The Working Group noted that the question whether that subparagraph should refer to the term " seat " instead of " place " should be considered in the context of article 16 on the place of arbitration (see below, paragraphs 137-144).
