The most recent and comprehensive discussion took place during the development and implementation of the Strategic Approach, including at the third session of the Preparatory Committee for the Development of a Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management, in September 2005, and the second session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management, in May 2009.
