77. At the 52nd meeting, on 25 July, the Council adopted draft decision 11, entitled " Special process dealing with the problem of missing persons in the territory of the former Yugoslavia " , recommended by the Commission on Human Rights (E/1995/23, chap. I, sect. B).

59. Upon termination of the mandate of Mr. Manfred Nowak, the expert on the special process dealing with the problem of missing persons in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, the Commission on Human Rights expanded the mandate of the Special Rapporteur to cover the issue of missing persons.
٥٩ - عقب انتهاء ولاية السيد مانفريد نوواك خبير العملية الخاصة التي تتناول مشكلة المفقودين في أراضي يوغوسلافيا السابقة، وسعت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ولاية المقررة الخاصة لتشمل مسألة المفقودين.

Furthermore, the proposal by the expert member of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances responsible for the special process dealing with the problem of missing persons in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, Mr. Manfred Nowak, that a multilateral commission be established to speed up the exchange of information on missing persons, would also be of great assistance.
