1. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure that there is strict compliance with the provisions of its resolution 51/243, in particular paragraphs 4 and 9;

43. In accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X), the General Assembly would set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of $152,100.
٤٣ - ووفقا ﻷحكام قرارها ٩٧٣ )د-١٠( تقرر الجمعية العامة أن تخصم من المبلغ المقسم فيما بين الدول اﻷعضاء حصة كل منها في صندوق معادلة الضرائب من اﻹيرادات اﻵتية من الاقتطاعات اﻹلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين المقدرة بمبلغ ١٠٠ ١٥٢ دولار.

10. Decides also that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X), the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 9 above, shall take into consideration the decrease in their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 1,400 dollars approved for the Observer Mission for the period from 1 to 31 May 1995;

10. Decides also that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X), the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 9 above, shall take into consideration the decrease in their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 1,400 dollars approved for the Observer Mission for the period from 1 to 31 May 1995;

15. Decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 14 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 428,000 dollars approved for the United Nations Peace-keeping Force in Cyprus for the period from 16 December 1993 to 15 June 1994;

١٤ - تقرر كذلك أنه وفقا ﻷحكام قرارها ٩٧٣ )د - ١٠( ستخصم من المبلغ المقسم فيما بين الدول اﻷعضاء، كما هو منصوص عليه في الفقرة ١٢ أعلاه، حصة كل منها في صندوق معادلة الضرائب من الايرادات المتأتية من الاقتطاعات اﻹلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين المقدرة بمبلغ ١٧٥ ٧٤٢ ١ دولارا للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه الى ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ والتي ووفق على تخصيصها لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية؛

Decides further that, in accordance with the provisions of its resolution 973 (X) of 15 December 1955, there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 5 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of 1,214,800 dollars for the period from 1 July to 31 October 1993 approved for the United Nations Operation in Mozambique;

The additional requirement for freight services takes into account the amount of $3,420,000 previously appropriated by the General Assembly for this purpose under the provisions of its resolution 65/296.
ويدخل في حساب الاحتياج الإضافي الخاص بخدمات الشحن مبلغ الـ 000 420 3 دولار الذي سبق أن اعتمدته الجمعية العامة لهذا الغرض بموجب أحكام قرارها 65/296.

The General Assembly had also decided, inter alia, that the elements of the methodology should remain fixed until 2006, subject to the provisions of its resolution 55/5 C, in particular paragraph 2 of that resolution, and without prejudice to rule 160 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly.
